Paper thin walls, and no carpet in room made for an extremely loud room. Blinds for windows didn't work. Silicone around tub and sink looks like an amateur did the work, shower sucked, control valve would not stay in position kept falling and making the water scalding hot. Tub drained slow, standing in soap scum by the end of...
