“I stayed at this hotel and overall had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The location is excellent, very close to Big Ben and the underground, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The room was fairly spacious, with a large and very comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only aspect I didn’t particularly like was the bathroom, which has a glass wall facing the room and therefore offers limited...

“The room was tiny but was comfortable. The only things are that the room (25th December) weren’t n’t cleaned, but I don’t give them the fault, they told us before. And for second is that it was super cold, even if we put the air conditioner. Overall for three days it was good enough.”
