Hotel vicino a Dismal Swamp Canal - Chesapeake

“You get what you pay for. A bit sketchy, definitely will see people who appear to have drug problems. No smoking room smelled like smoke and mildew, sheets had burn holes. But I gave 3 stars on a few areas because it wasn’t the worst room I’ve ever seen. ”

“Seemingly family ran. All the flooring and fixtures throughout this hotel are brand new.. The gym is small and the room was small but new and clean. Bed was comfortable. Linens were nice and shower pressure was great.. worth the money we paid to stay there.”

“The worst experience I’ve ever had! ”

“This is an older property along a major thoroughfare. The room and grounds were clean, and all of the essentials were present. The front desk staff was amazing. I did not take advantage of the breakfast so cannot rate it. There were well-kept, mowed, outdoor spaces around the hotel for walking the dog. Outdoor noise was an issue until around 11:30 PM.”

“The room was disgusting. It was the most disgusting and infested place I've ever stepped foot in. It took about 5 minutes for the bugs to show up and it smelled like drugs. The staff didn't help and said to contact Expedia for a refund which I still have not received 10 days later... This place was a Zero.”

“They messed us up when they didnt answer the phone when we tried to change the date due to a car break down and wanted to force my wife and children out on the street when i was stranded 30 mins away due to my car breaking down and we told them we would pay another day we just need time for me to get back and they were rude and disrespectful ”

“The breakfast menu was horrible. We got there and the other guest were complaining that there were miniature waffles that we had to make, but no meat at all, no eggs, no butter to put on the waffles. The bread and bagel s were stale. It was absolutely terrible. I cannot believe they expected the guess to be satisfied with what was served. There was no fresh fruit at all. “No tv had no tv cord and found roach in the bath tub!”

“Everything looks dirty, it’s says they have a fitness room but they don’t.”

“The kitchen is not equipped with cooking supplies there is no hot water was told i had to get up at 6am tht was the only time it had hit water the staff was friendly and hopeful the room its self was ok but the stairwells had poo the went all the way to the first floor and it was like tht for over 24 hours its very convenient to every thing”

“Deben de verificar bien los cuartos antes de entregarlos. Nos tocó un cuarto super sucio, cámara debajo de la cama y más cosas desagradables. Además de la peste a cigarrillo de marihuanas. Ahora respondieron excelente todo el personal y nos cambiaron y fueron super atentos con nosotros. Pero esa peste era fuerte todos los días. Todo todo el personal de excelencia. Gracias 🙂”
