“The coffee maker in the room wasn’t cleaned. There was a used coffee pod in and the it was all stained inside.The mattress wasn’t very comfortable either - you could feel the springs.”

“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“The doors to the handicap room we had and locking access door to parking did not have any way to keep them open. Getting a person in a wheelchair through the doors was very difficult...so much so that we did not stay our last night. Also, sidewalk is poorly maintained and bumping from crack to crack threatened to toss person from wheelchair. Definitely will not stay here again.”

I wasn’t offered water and had to ask for it after I watched worker give to each customer ahead of me. This might be last stay. I’m OCD about cleanliness and just because a building is clean in lobby and new doesn’t mean everything in your room is”
