“When I booked this hotel it was an AmericInn, however when I arrived it was changed to a Quality Inn with no prior indication. I did receive calls from Windham but they never left a message to identify the change prior to my check in. The building did not have any address on it to help identify it as the hotel we needed to be at. Otherwise, it was a very clean hotel. The staff did their best with what appeared to be a new system. “Prenoto camera per tre (2 adulti e 1 bambino) a febbraio per due giorni ad agosto con supplemento vista cascate lato canadese. La scelta (nemmeno economica per circa 320€ a notte esclusa colazione e parcheggio) ricade su questo hotel proprio per la vista cascate sul lato canadese. Arrivati sul posto scopriamo di essere stati dirottati sull’Hilton. Va bene l’upgrade, ma chiedo specificatamente di avere vista lato Canada. Diversamente non mi sta bene. Niente da fare.
