“This is my go to hotel whenever I'm in Hull. The speed of check-in, the friendliness of ALL the staff: reception, bar, hygiene they are a credit to the place. It's perfectly placed too, just a short walk from the railway station and the marina, close to great shopping areas too, but more importantly it's ideally situated for exploring Old Town. ”

“Pros: - Very modern structure; - Room's large and clean; - Kind staff. Cons: - Restaurant has only junk food; - Anything you might want you need to pay extra 5 pounds. Gym? 5 pounds. Parking? 5 pounds, and so forth. The only exception is the breakfast, which is 10 pounds. If you take a cup of coffee and two cookies like me it's better go to Starbucks, stick is within the hotel.”

“Molto gentile il personale, subito pronto a dare assistenza. La è camera spaziosa e sufficientemente confortevole, con letto ampio e comodo ed un bagno adeguato nella misura e nella dotazione. Ambienti molto silenziosi, zona tranquilla e senza traffico. Bellissima vista sulla campagna circostante. Parcheggio comodo. Per contro, segnale wifi debole nelle camere. Non ho provato nelle aree comuni. ”

“Great first impressions when we arrived, vety helpful and cheery staff in the spa.Checked in and used the gym. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable & super outlook onto the golf course. We had a pizza for lunch and evening meal in the Oak room which was delicious. The only thing i was really disappointed in, was how miserable the staff were in the Oak room. There were quite a few of them and felt they just didnt want to be there! No chat and worse of all no smile, a smile really does go a...
