“When you first arrived, it was very clean and nice. The lady at the front desk who ran the office was very rude. Then when I got to my room, my room had a terrible stale cigarette odor. There were stains all over the carpet. It really was not clean very old and worn. I also did not have a shower curtain in my bathroom and I asked for one from hose keep ( who was very nice and helpful)
But I received a tore up shower curtain. This property can do much better. I’ve never stayed somewhere like...

“I thought Virginia was supposed to be a Southern state but Southern hospitality was missing at this place. Perhaps they just had a dry sense of humor. While the location is convenient, the hotel could use some updating. The breakfast was lacking and they only clean rooms every three days. I think I'll stay elsewhere.”
