“This hotel has lots of positives – and a few negatives. On the positive side, it’s a very convenient location right on the ODU campus.
The staff is, mostly, very sweet and helpful. They try to quickly honor requests for stuff like more toilet paper or a repair to a clogged sink.
Housekeeping is every other day, which is fine. The first time, whoever did the room did a fabulous job: everything was tidy and sparkling. The next time it was disappointing: there were fresh towels but no restocked...

“Good evening,
My kids and I have stayed here several times and enjoyed it so decided to come back. Its not been comfortable since we got here. The parking lot had construction everywhere, There are no lights in the hallways, at the entrance, nor outside the elevator, the jacuzzi/pool was dirty, the gym was closed we were looking forward to getting our workouts in while here, cant call the front desk because The phones do not work, and the tables in the room were dirty i had to wipe them...
