“The accessability of the room wasn’t the same as the room I reserved, but the staff was very understanding and helpful. They have portable aids (toilet rails, etc) they can fit on the room if needed. My advice would be to verify before arrival that you have a full accessible room and to verify again on arrival/at check-in. The safety otherwise is excellent; elevators work well, laundry and other ameneties were fully accessible on thr first floor. Overall a good stay!”

“Such a shame. For a historical site, the staff are letting alot of things go. Lights that don't work, hallway's that smell terrible because trash in the trashcan by the elevator is full. Carpet, curtain, furniture in room completely stained. The bed was alright. If you want a restfull sleep, dont take the room on the traintracks side. She asked me, and I didn't really think about it, but I regret my decision. I left a personal item in the room after checkout, called an hour later, they said...

“The room wasn’t clean, at all. I was traveling with my friends young son as they were possibly losing their apartment and we wanted to get him out of the house. Upon walking in, it was clear they hadn’t cleaned the room at all. At some point in the night, my friend’s kid saw what he thought was a balloon under the bed - nope, a freaking condom. Thankfully I sensed it wasn’t a balloon and immediately told him to not touch it - horrible experience. For the last minute need, it was affordable and...

“Although we were told during check in that there was renovation going on in the building, it was so quiet and it was well organized I guess ! New spacious room with nice amenities in the room, bed was so comfortable!”

“Good hotel, but I will say that depending on who was at the front desk, the service or urgency of requests did lack. Not something that I blame them for, mainly because it was the weekend and was busy. The gentleman who works nights was awesome though - had a great convo with him around real estate and he was always engaged with visitors. Room was pretty small, but definitely in great shape and a modern look. For the price though, I may look somewhere else but fortunately I was able to take...

““Hot”water was just tepid. No stand for suitcase. Lighting in bathroom too low for makeup application. No tea in room, only coffee. Room itself is charming, but noisy. Because of the motel like setup, you can hear people using the pool and traffic. The staff were lovely. But at 72, this just wasn’t my cup of tea….haha”

“The room was fine for a one Night stay but there could be improvements. The restroom has mold on the shower walls. Health hazard! The night stand was missing a drawer. I’m sure that was because it was broken and the staff member removed it. Over all it’s fine. But it definitely need some work. Touch ups on furniture and remodeling.”

“What I really love about the property is the balconies . Every room that’s facing out has a balcony and I love to be able to get fresh air in my room.”
