“All staff, except one white male at the reception, where very professional and helpful. We reserved a room for 4 people but when we checked in the room only had 2 bath towels. Since we checked in very late at night we decided to notify the reception in the morning, and we wished that we communicated this to the lady that checked us in because she was very welcoming and helpful. Instead, we encountered a very rude white male in the morning who told us that this is how it works at every hotel...

“Hotel interior wore out. Carpet felt dirty, furniture and doors had alot of dings and scratches. They charge you extra if you smoke in your room but sure seemed to be ok if you we smoking pot. Could smell it in the vents all hours of the night. Whole facility in and out needs updated. About the only thing positive was that the bed was comfortable. I guess you get what you pay for.”

At check-in, they informed me that the reservation deposit from Expedia had been declined, and they needed to re-run my card.
