“Staff was superb ! Kind - helpful - personable. Salt water pool was wonderful! Close enough to get to airport quickly if you have an early morning flight. And bar food was good! Malik (bar) and Naomi (front desk) were exceptional ! Thanks for a great stay!”

“I never got to sleep in their hotel I let them know that I was late to check in but they were closed at 10 PM and nobody help me I had to walk in the middle of the night to comfort inn and get a room. I haven't checked my bank account but I hope you did not charge me for not staying in the extended stay.”

“DONT! They have homeless people staying in the same place as paying customers. There is no staff after 7 pm, until 11 am the next morning. Thus, it is party time after they leave, and no one to call to help!! Then, checking out before the staff arrives in the morning is almost impossible. It is 6 pages of paperwork to rent the room, and if you need another roll of toilet paper, you have to pay for it! No kitchen items. “Hotel interior wore out. Carpet felt dirty, furniture and doors had alot of dings and scratches. They charge you extra if you smoke in your room but sure seemed to be ok if you we smoking pot. Could smell it in the vents all hours of the night. Whole facility in and out needs updated. About the only thing positive was that the bed was comfortable. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“Poor customer service on graveyard shift, Us & our granddaughter arrived late 1045pm, had to leave at 4am for long ride ahead, room was ok except for one important thing, it had No towels or washcloths, I went to the front desk-now the 3rd shift, asked for towels, he barely moved 2 feet & looked in laundry behind desk & said we have none, this was bullcrap, no apologies & manager not in til' 8am, what lousy customer service this was, after I upgraded from 1 king to 2 queen size, I bet there was...

“We have stayed a few times and each time the experience has been very good. Friendly staff. The rooms are clean, and the price is just right. We plan to stay each time we are in the Denver area.”

“Very clean hotel and parking lot was well lighted, felt safe and had plenty of parking. I had to ask the front desk for a box of Kleenex. I requested a wake up call at 7:45 but never got it. I checked out this morning and I still haven’t received my invoice receipt to my email box nor my $50 deposit returned. This is not good! Will I have to file a complaint or dispute?”
