Hotel vicino a Utah Park - Denver

“La struttura è bella, la camera è grande e pulita. Tuttavia il bagno è un po' datato ed il lavandino un po' sporco, la navetta aeroportuale cessa alla 22 ed inizia alle 6. La colazione buonissima non è inclusa nel prezzo. Intorno all' hotel c' è solo un ristorante, ma il ristorante dell' hotel è ottimo ”

“We were assigned a dirty, foul smelling room with filthy carpeting and all 4 lampshades ripped looking like a frat party had just occurred. The smell was horrendous. We were reassigned to a better room but continued to be disappointed due to guest behavior. Loud talking in hallways with doors slamming throughout each night with upset and crying children. Coffee and breakfast were subpar to other recent LA Quinta stays in the west. Very disappointed.”

“The overbooked the hotel and left like 5 of us without a roommate. Staff was useless.”

“Personale poco efficiente.. non trovavano la prenotazione fatta con expedia e solo dopo un ora ci hanno sistemato nella stanza.. in questa ora non ho fatto che insistere mostrando la ricevuta della prenotazione.. e poi per magia è uscita fuori.. dopo tredici ore di viaggio non è il massimo.. poi nessuna voglia di trovare una soluzione..”

“I've stayed at other Extended Stay locations in the past that I would return to. Can't say that about this location. Room was tired, and smelled like smoke (even though it was non-smoking), had cigarette burns on the counter top, and stains in the bathtub. Door locks had seen better days, and there was graffiti on the exterior stairs. Staff was very helpful when I arrived after the office had closed, but 10 PM seems really early for a check-in desk to close, and I had to call on an outside phone...

“Very good service, although the motel is located in an area that doesn’t really look safe. There was noise all night long. Good option if you land late and you have low budget. Could have been more clean. Very good coffe anyway.”

“The issue was not so much about the property but about how expedia basically lied to me. We booked a week and after a day we felt like we wanted to be nearer to the hospital where our son was. The property was okay but was several miles away and not in the best neighborhood, so we chose a hotel across the street from the hospital. When I tried to cancel the reservation expedia kept telling me the property management was "not responding to them." I went to vist the property several days later and...

“Siamo arrivati all'hotel coi barboni davanti all'ingresso per poi dover chiedere anche di cambiare stanza per un nido di farfalle che svolazzavano allegramente in camera. nella seconda camera comunque non abbiamo dormito per un via vai continuo fuori tra urla ed ubriaconi. la colazione era inclusa ma non abbiamo voluto neanche vederla scappando via appena alzati ”
