“Personale poco efficiente.. non trovavano la prenotazione fatta con expedia e solo dopo un ora ci hanno sistemato nella stanza.. in questa ora non ho fatto che insistere mostrando la ricevuta della prenotazione.. e poi per magia è uscita fuori.. dopo tredici ore di viaggio non è il massimo.. poi nessuna voglia di trovare una soluzione..”

“I never got to sleep in their hotel I let them know that I was late to check in but they were closed at 10 PM and nobody help me I had to walk in the middle of the night to comfort inn and get a room. I haven't checked my bank account but I hope you did not charge me for not staying in the extended stay.”

“The female night manager was quite rude and miserable to deal with. Maybe it was being tired, but she got a little unnerved when I had trouble hearing or understanding her instructions and explanation of my receipt. The Male night manager did a great job allowing her to finish with me and help other customers. Besides that, my stay was short and refreshing.
