“Staff was superb ! Kind - helpful - personable. Salt water pool was wonderful! Close enough to get to airport quickly if you have an early morning flight. And bar food was good! Malik (bar) and Naomi (front desk) were exceptional ! Thanks for a great stay!”

Thus, it is party time after they leave, and no one to call to help!! Then, checking out before the staff arrives in the morning is almost impossible. It is 6 pages of paperwork to rent the room, and if you need another roll of toilet paper, you have to pay for it! No kitchen items. “No mention of broken elevator on any of the websites....sign looks like its been a long standing issue Pool is covered with tarp and cant be used ...doors are busted throughout bldg dr?wall holes in ceiling of com.on areas Ac in room does not work and when i spoke with front desk .. i was advised that they are unable to do anything about it ... booking here was a mistake and ill be reporting it to wyndham....someone should be ashamed of themselves. Expedia should also expect and hold hotels...

“I never got to sleep in their hotel I let them know that I was late to check in but they were closed at 10 PM and nobody help me I had to walk in the middle of the night to comfort inn and get a room. I haven't checked my bank account but I hope you did not charge me for not staying in the extended stay.”

“It seems Like this hotel is working hard to counteract some pretty rough reviews. Our room was immaculate and spacious. It’s budget hotel, but the breakfast buffet was equal to a hotel 3x the cost. The front desk manager when we arrived was very welcoming and pleasant. The pool is under reconstruction. We had a nice stay and we were happy to find a hotel that was half the cost of the others on July 4! Don’t be scared by the reviews, give it a try.”

“PROS: The staff were professional and very helpful (Aisha, Anna and Luciano) and did their best. They securely stored my late-arriving luggage (airport delay). CONS: When I retrieved my luggage at about 3:30 AM, there were 3 uniformed Aurora PD talking with Anna at the front desk (they were there because of a loud party and guests who weren't responding). The first room they checked me into had not been serviced: The bed was unmade, the bathroom dirty, and there were several beer cans on...

“Room was clean staff was great. Trash all over exterior of property wasn’t great. No smoke detector in room was REALLY NOT GREAT. Burn holes (though clearly had been laundered burn holes) in the divert cover weren’t great. Hotels undergoing a rebrand so the 5-6 shiftless gentleman (apparently renovation workers) literally parked on the north end of the hallway, staring at everyone walking down the hallway were highly off putting.”

“I suggested to the staff they leave an "information sheet" in each room with information like breakfast hours, etc. Also a pad of paper and pen would have been useful. I also would have appreciated a clock. Very nice hotel!”
