“This was our first stay at the Stockade Inn and there was filming going on Friday so things were chaotic but the staff was very helpful and we were given a $20 gift card to Arthur’s which we used for breakfast on Saturday. The room had not been vacuumed when we checked in but the staff was quick at responding and gave us a discount too. A new coffee shop opened on Sunday morning and had great bagels and baked goods for sale. Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay and will return.”

“I was a huge fan of Brookmere and I will go back. However, I was quite sad to see every trip resulted in more issues than the last. I suspect the hotel is very thinly staffed because the issues stemmed from lack of care rather than poor facilities. e.g. Housekeeping would clean the bathroom but leave all the hair on the floor, repeatedly. The cleaning was very much at eye level only. It was not great to check in to a hotel room and notice other people’s hair on the bathroom floor. The next...
