“The Guinness Arms had character rooms and the hallway was just as nice. Our room had aircon and also a skylight which had retractable blinds if you wanted to look at the sky or not. Room was clean and cosy with coffee and tea facilities. A bottle of water was also supplied with a selection of biscuits. Iron and board in cupboard for those who want to sort the creases out. Our room (the best)was located in a converted bungalow over the road , on arrival i was handed rhe keys and told its over there!! The room was clean but tired .there was no fridge to keep anything cool The weather was extremely hot ,hottest on record, there was no air con , just a small fan in the room which was extremely hot , i had brought an additional fan with me as a precaution .
