“Friendly staff. Generally clean. I was assigned to the handicap-accessible room. It did not look like it had been occupied in awhile. The bathroom had a bad, mildew odor (shower curtain, I think) and the faucet leaked. The bathroom door was closed and there was no ventilation in it. Also, no night-time, visible signage to identify the hotel, which made it hard to locate.”

“The property wasn’t just under construction…it was under deep renovation and it wasn’t clean….should have closed its door until the reno was done! But the worst part was the bed bugs that slept with us. Thankful for our refund!”

“The room we had was perfect.. we are mid 70’s and we didn’t have to climb stairs. The breakfast location was just a few feet away as was the location of the ice machine. Someone straightened out room everyday and replaced any towels, etc, as we used them.0”

“I have pictures of the door knobs falling off the doors where you can’t lock them I have mold pictures by the fridge and on the roof I have pictures of water coming out the walls the pool was a nasty green cloudy color there was no room service mind you they charged me $180 for chocolate milk on the sheets on one bed no breakfast half the stay”

“While checking in they informed me that they didn't have the suite available that I booked. They tried 4 different rooms to put us in. 1st one a/c didn't work, 2nd one shower handle broke off can't shower. 3rd one had overwhelming smell of urine. 4th one we finally agreed to although it WASN'T a suite. It was a standard room. Took a shower and the vent looked like a devise was in the ceiling, very uncomfortable feeling. Pulled the blanket back and OMG! NO! Hair, lots of it. Pubes along...

“Dirty, rundown, unacommdating with rude staff. Terrible! I will never stay there again. The toilet rocked back and forth. Lock was broken. Parts of the flooring missing. There were holes and stains in the sheets. Carpet in hallway was dirty and stained. Doesn't look like it has been swept in a long time. The staff was rude. The tubs look so bad, none of my group attempted to get a shower. No refund after seeing the place and the pictures when buying are misleading.”
