Dear guest, You have booked grand suite 2 through Expedia which is our largest room after the villa with two bathrooms and a spacious outside area. I am very sorry for your disappointment but we tried to satisfy all your requests from restaurant reservations till baby sitting arrangements and you were always changing your mind and wanted to cancell them. I have personally asked many times if there is any problem with your stay and you were telling me that the hotel just doesnt much your profile. After that you told me that is your first holiday with your baby and you didnt expect the difficulties attached to such situation. The gates of the hotel are not locked but closed in order to provide security and privacy to our customers. The staff of the hotel does a brilliant job trying to provide high level services. Mosquitos in our hotel is never a problem as we regularly spray against them. In addition we provide anti-mosquito appliances and insect repellents. I think that the fact that you were not refunded becouse of our clearly written cancellation policies is the cause of your negative and inaccurate review. Thank you.
