The Space:
The interior area of Akrotiri consists of 5 bedrooms all of them with individual bathrooms, two kitchen areas and a living room.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms can sleep up to 10 persons and are decorated in earthy tones and subtle shades. King-size beds covered with cotton fabrics and hypoallergenic pillows, offer an enjoyable sleep experience.

Bathrooms
The same philosophy of impeccable luxury is implemented in the 9 bathrooms. Earth tones dominate the area. Guests are offered toiletries and bathrobes, slippers and towels.

Living room
A large room of impeccable aesthetics and functionality, offering a range of facilities such as telephone and fax, satellite LCD TV, DVD player, safe, air-conditioning, laptop and Wi-Fi. A few carefully selected artworks give the area an extremely unique style, while the view to the balcony is stunning.

Kitchens
The elegant indoor kitchens are fully equipped and available for cooking.

Patio - Pool
The 2000 sq.m. Akrotiri terrace amphitheatrically spreads out to offer stunning views of the caldera and the volcano. The experience from this terrace cannot be easily expressed with words. The pool is fully integrated into the natural landscape, creating the illusion that you are swimming into the blue waters of the Aegean Sea. Sun loungers are available for sunbathing. An outdoor dining table, is set against the blue waters of the pool and sea, and gives a special touch to your breakfast (a-la-carte), lunch or dinner time under the stars.

You can contact the Manager of the villa at any time of day, for every need concerning your accommodation, but also for information about the island and your way around Santorini.
Rate notes
Rates include arrival and departure transfers, full American breakfast, 24/7 manager service, in house personel, night service, concierge services, free internet access and all legal taxes. Maximum occupancy for each bedroom is 2 guests. Maximum occupancy for the property is 10 guests.

In case of reservations for a number of guests that is less than the maximum occupancy for the property, the number of bedrooms allocated will be commensurate with the number of guests in the reservation: for up to 6 guests only the 3 bedrooms will be offered for use and for up to 8 guests only the 4.

A security deposit of 3000,00 e is required.

Payment policy
The 30% of the total cost of reservation is paid at the time of booking, another 30% is paid no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date and the remaining 40% is paid no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date.





Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is not available for this rate.

If booked a reservation cannot be canceled without penalty which is all deposits charged till that moment.
