Dear Christine, Thank you for your review. Regarding to what you have written here, I would like to underline some things: First of all, we didn't know your arrival time (even though we had sent an email asking for it in order to arrange your welcoming and check in). Therefore, we couldn't be there waiting the whole day till you arrive and sent you detailed instructions about the studio and the local area (restaurants, mini markets etc.). This has nothing to do with my children or baby. We arranged a meeting in my office on the ground floor on the next day, giving you further detailed information about the island and specifically scuba diving as you requested (I even called the scuba diving centre asking for more information) and answered to you immediately on what's app all questions you had about local products, restaurants etc. anytime you sent me. We fixed immediately the bed lamp that burned out when you told us about it. You didn’t disturb asking all those times, so why didn't you ask for an extra bed line if you needed one?! We saw you another 2-3 times during your stay. It is pity to know this after your departure through your review, as now there is nothing we can do about it... Furthermore, if you preferred to have a kitchen and not a kitchenette with 2 cooking rings, we could offer you an apartment (we still had a last one available). According to our description and photos, you should have noticed that before you book something that might not be suitable for you. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for this. A last thing I we are sorry to mention, is that the government tax was also not paid on departure as requested and your studio was left with a big mess keeping our housekeeper busy for many hours.
