Thank you for your review mr Jason! please allow me to add the followings. 1) Yes it's true that last weeks, some beds(all the beds are build-in type) were making noise, and we were trying some solutions (we rubbed the woods, we put few oil on them also..) but nothing works as enough as we would like. Few days ago (today is 12/06/2018) we found the best solution which was to place peaces of caoutchouc under (and at the sides) of the woods! and by then no noise exists anymore!! 2) Me Vaios Kipreos i am the owner and i am at the disposal of my guests 7 days/week , 24hours/day , even late at the night even very early in the morning, always to support all the needings of all my guests as faster as i can!. What's up application it's a tool for me, with which most of my guests (about all of them) can reach me 24hours/day ...it's something that obviously help the hotelier to provide better service and support to needings of the guests. For example some , we offer breakfast upon request and sometimes (very often) some visitors forgot to order it in-time, by what's up they can order it even at 23:00 or even 00:00 at the night, because i am at my visitors disposal to respond to their messages anytime and then to organise their breakfast and whatever they ask me to arrange any time. This service has been highly appreciated by almost all of our visitors. We will keep the hard work because our purpose is our vivitors to get the best experience from MIlos island and also from Vilos Suites.
