The WORST hotel I've ever stayed in my life, they should remove the 5 star title that they believe they have.... because the truth is they don't have anything 5 stars. You only supposedly pay for a view, as the gentleman at the reception made it very clear to me. They should teach him a little about customer service because this person does not have even a little bit of education and customer service how to treat people you can get the same view anywhere in the cliff without having to waste your money with these scammers. The room is very small and is next to the bathroom, bathroom that has an unpleasant smell all day long, the bed and pillows are not comfortable at all for a 5 starts Hotel. I booked a room with a private pool which does not exist because the pool is inflatable hahahaha it is an insult to the client that a 5 Starts Hotel that charges an average of €500 per night is ridiculous that they offer this type of services the room has no privacy at all because you share the same patio with the room next door and with the restaurant that is next to the room where people walk all day in front of your face, even the people who stayed next to my room suffered from the same problems that I had were very upset by the facilities and their high cost without having value of what they offer so do yourself a favor don't waste your money staying in White Santorini take your time and you will find something much better for the same money or less you will thank me later.

It is always helpful to receive feedback from our guests, in order to improve our services.Kindly note that you have booked the White Junior Villa (ANNEX building). Please be advised that by the description of that Villa is written that the interior space is 20 sq. m. Furthermore, if you read the title of the White Junior Villa correctly it says: “White Junior Villa, Outdoor hot tub, Semi Private Terrace”. If you check the pictures of that Villa, you clearly see that it comes with an outdoor inflatable heated Jacuzzi and there in nowhere written that it comes with a private pool!Regarding the privacy, well it is a semi private terrace!By the check-in you asked if there is another Suite available. There was one with a private terrace, but you finally decided to stay with your original reservation.I would like to mention that by the last night of your stay, around 23:30, you have realized that your flight is leaving at 02:30 am (so in a few hours), instead of 18:00 the next day. You have requested a refund for the last night as you have made a mistake, but you have used your Villa the whole day…. (check-out is at 11:00 am and not 11:30 pm).After we have explained to you that this is not possible, you wanted us to offer you the Prosecco you have ordered for a surprise for your wife…Well I am not quite sure what your complain is, I will let the public to decide!The White Santorini management

The property was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that the toilet was in a separate, narrow room and there was a damp smell that I’d get a whiff of at times. The two rainforest showers was my favorite. But the living room and bedroom were well maintained, nicely decorated and kept clean. They give you a 1 liter water bottle every morning during cleaning and put it in your fridge. The complementary breakfast is really nothing to rave about- very bland selections. The champagne breakfast is also not worth it- they just add two champagne bottles and give you salmon. They have great restaurants nearby- I’d recommend exploring restaurants and cafes outside of the property. The guy who brings in the breakfast is super sweet but customer service overall is subpar. They wrote down the front desk number on a pamphlet which is like 8 digits and scribbled down the wifi info. Not very organized as far as giving you any copies of anything or any printed material with important info. I also didn’t get a tour of the property as far as where I can go to lounge- very confusing to be able to tell which properties are with Santorini vs other hotels/resorts as they are all mixed together. If you opt in for the spa, please make sure to ask questions about the service because they don’t break anything down for you. I thought my massage was supposed to start at 12 but I ended up waiting an hr because I was expected to use the facilities first which was never explained online or via email.

Vom Hotel hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf den Krater, allerdings im Herbst auch die stärksten kalten Winde. In diesem Teil von Santorini gibt es ansonsten wenig Infrastruktur vergleichbar mit Oria und Fira, dafür ist’s aber auch ruhiger… Die Zimmer-eigenen Whirlpools sind wunderbar, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, ansonsten ist allerdings der hohe Preis aus meiner Sicht kaum gerechtfertigt

Look no further. One of the best, in a very good area. Away from the busy cities of Fira and Oia. The most amazing view with private deck and pool, where you get to enjoy your breakfast every morning. Sofia is wonderful,with great suggestions to plan your stay.

Small hotel in a very good location with amazing views. However it really depends on what room you get. The deluxe suites are the ones with the best views, premium are very squeezed in and not private at all. The rooms are cute. Not much services offered through and a very small pool. Some of the rooms come with a jacuzzi however would have preferred them not to be heated in the summer as it's so hot anyway.

Absolutely amazing staff! Super friendly and helpful. We decided to do a wine tasting last minute and they arranged everything including our wishes about the wine tasting being paired with a lunch! The property is conveniently located and provides one of the best views of the full caldera. One of our favorite sunset spots was on the property itself!

Beautiful Location Nice Hotel
Our visit to White Santorini was exceptional. The staff was very attentive and ready to help in any situation. Breakfast arrived every morning and was a nice added touch so we could lounge around while planning our day. Beautiful sunsets, nice bed and bedding, great location. I was pricey but worth it.

White Santorini Suites and Spa is an amazing hotel set on the Santorini cliffs. The rooms are amazing and the breakfasts are incredible but more importantly the staff and hospitality really make the difference. Chris and Nina really make the difference in your visit and are willing to share their advice and recommendations. The view from the Honeymoon Suite was amazing. But the room at the price point is not really worth it. At the prices charged, should be more complimentary services and items.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at White Santorini Suites & SPA. We were there over Easter weekend; so my review is quite tardy. To partake in the Easter Celebration is wonderful. The view is absolutely spectacular. Having breakfast served right on the edge of the caldera was something to behold. A dip in our pool after a long hike was bliss. Sunsets were breathtaking. No need to be in the mass crowds at Oia for the sunset as this was breathtaking. Everyone was so friendly and helpful with all our arrangements. The room was spectacular and the bathroom is huge. ALL absolutely wonderful. 5 STAR for sure. In my books 6! I was sad to leave. My 2nd time to the Greek Islands . We were there 32 years ago for our honeymoon and now. It was a perfect start to our 3 week island hopping adventure. Trip of a lifetime. Sorry for the late review.

Jag och min flickvän va där i 1 vecka och de va de mest fantastiska jag nånsin ha varit med om! Generellt så man "huvudrätterna" sisådär överallt men jag måste höjja förreterna och efterrätterna lite mer än övriga.. Och varje kväll så tog vi förrätt på hotellet pga den fantastiska utsikten vi hade. Inte bara just vårt hotell men området som vårt hotell låg i va bäst i hela santorini (även med solnedgången) och de fick vi veta från flera håll bl.a arbetare under båtresan som vi tog, men tillbaka till vårt hotell, hotell white santorini, vilken klass på personalen om man jämnför övriga hotell i samma område, med klädtyper osv.. vilken proffesionalitet som hade och dom levde upp till mina förväntningar och lite till. Ett kanon hotell och personal, rekommenderar starkt :)
