“The staff was fantastic. Christopher, the bellhop manager was the best he was so accommodating. He was so friendly. My only issue is that we got a smoking room and although I understand, it’s very hard to get rid of smoke smell when a new customer goes into a smoking room for the first time there should be some type of ventilation or strong or air fresheners because when we walked into the room, it had a very very strong smoke odor still. “good price close to smirhville”

“Stayed here 3 times now and it’s been great every time. It’s quiet, rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Not sure you’re going to find a better hotel in the area for the price. Each time I’ve stayed here I’ve received a better room than what I’ve paid for without asking. The staff is great too, the nice man at the front desk called me about an hour after I checked in to let me know my car lights on by accident. “Overall trip was good..but hold my credit card for security was told a security deposit will be held on my credit card and my funds would return to my card after stay, but was charge a room boarding fee for each night and after calling to dispute was told expedia should have told me. Expedia didnt take my credit card and told me one thing then did another thing. Deceitful.”

“Everything was great. It is an interesting place. Breakfast was superb. The only downside was that there was no one there to greet us when we arrived. They had an envelope with our name on it in a box with instructions. In the morning, I went up to the tower/widows walk to see the view. Then we had the great breakfast and conversations with the inn keeper. It is convenient to the regions attractions. ”
