Situata letteralmente all'ombra di Lambeau, a 4 miglia o 2 isolati, questa casa accogliente e accogliente è stata rinnovata da cima a fondo. Dispone di 3 camere da letto complete e 2 bagni completi. La casa può ospitare comodamente 10 persone. È una breve passeggiata per Lambeau Field e il Titletown District! È anche a pochi passi dai bar dello stadio, da numerosi ristoranti e dal Resch Center. Parcheggia una volta e non guidare il resto del soggiorno. C'è abbastanza parcheggio per tutti gli ospiti. Se si potesse camminare dal cortile direttamente al Packer Pro-Shop sarebbero solo 680 piedi.

Goditi la splendida vista dell'American Most Treasured NFL Stadium nel cortile sul retro dove puoi portarlo. Il cortile ha un tavolo da patio, grill a gas e posti a sedere extra.

La casa dispone di un soggiorno / sala da pranzo / cucina a concetto aperto e un ulteriore soggiorno si trova nel seminterrato completamente arredato. Ci sono nuovissimi bagni full size su ogni livello. Ogni camera da letto al piano superiore ha una TV da 32 "pollici. Ci sono smart TV da 50 "in ogni soggiorno. Tutte le lenzuola, asciugamani, cuscini e coperte sono forniti. Abbiamo anche un materasso ad aria disponibile su richiesta. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice nel livello inferiore per il vostro uso.

La nuovissima cucina personalizzata è ben fornita. Ha nuovi armadi in acero, nuovi controsoffitti ed elettrodomestici. Gli elettrodomestici includono piano cottura, microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero con macchina del ghiaccio. Anche in cucina è una macchina per il caffè 12 tazze, crockpot, frullatore e tostapane. La cucina offre un'isola centrale con 6 posti a sedere e c'è un tavolo aggiuntivo nell'atrio anteriore con 2 posti a sedere.

Al piano superiore ci sono tre camere da letto. Due contengono nuovissimi letti queen size, uno contiene un nuovo letto king size. Il seminterrato completamente ristrutturato è completamente arredato con un divano letto matrimoniale e un divano. Al piano inferiore c'è un tavolo da pub che può ospitare 4 persone. C'è un ulteriore letto matrimoniale al piano inferiore che è diviso per la privacy.

La struttura dispone di WiFi e TV U-Verse. Quattro TV hanno app di streaming per includere Netflix e Roku. Ci sono caricabatterie veloci situati in 3 camere da letto per caricare i tuoi telefoni. Offriamo anche un Pack 'N Play se porti i tuoi piccoli a rimanere.

Everything was great. Cute, clean house, yet I have to mention that the basement smells like cats. One of my coworkers is allergic so it was a bit unpleasant for him unfortunately. Yet overall the experience was magnificent! Communication was great as well! Highly recommend.

We had the best time staying at the Gridiron Guesthouse! It was the perfect house and location for our little family reunion. Our host, Bonnie, was very prompt in her communications and they made sure we’d have everything we need! From extra towels to all the coffee supplies you could think of, the amenities were fantastic! We’d LOVE to come back and stay here again.

Great location for Packers game. Easily walkable to Labeau. Neighbor uses some driveway space and front yard for parking for games but he left space so I could come and go as needed. Very friendly neighborhood and we could not believe how positive and involved the entire neighborhood is supporting their Packers. Garage is transformed into perfect tailgating space. Overall great weekend!

We stayed at this home in Green Bay to celebrate our friend’s 40th birthday, and it was the perfect spot! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. You really can’t beat the location—just steps from Lambeau Field, which made the experience even more fun. Bonnie, the property manager, was wonderful to work with—very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place near the stadium!

Packer Pilgrimage

This house was perfect for our football loving family!One of our sons is a Packer fan, and the rest of us love football. We traveled to Green Bay to tour Lambeau and attend a preseason game. This home provided ample space for our family of four. We could have had another family join us! Neat, clean and organized! Comfortable beds, plenty of towels/kitchen supplies. Everything felt fresh and new.The Packer garage was an added bonus. The proximity to Lambeau was very walkable and convenient!If we come back for another game, we’re booking the Gridiron Guest House!

This house was perfect for our family. We were able to walk to Lambeau, Title Town and the practice field. This house has amazing GBP decorations. The kitchen was packed with everything you would need. The Party Garage, we loved it!! We spent most of our time in there. There’s a tv and great yard games. The WiFi was perfect and there’s a Roku tv in each room. The host, Bonnie, was really great to work with. We will for sure be back!!!#AmazingFamilyFun

Relaxing Get Away for New Years

Good layout of the house. The garage is an actual party garage with plenty of space, big table, TV, yard games, fridge, plenty of hookups for keeping food warm. The yard is perfect, and though it was the end of December, the propane fire pit I imagine would be spectacular. The owner was extremely fast to respond to questions and even recommended some local going ons for us to check out while we were out and about for the day. Highly recommend this place to stay! Can't wait until next year!!

Good location and great communication

Overall it was a good experience, location was good, and communication was fast in responses, check in process and renting process was a little hassle because i didnt have access to a printer or scanner to sent in signed documents they wanted etc but got it figured out

Perfect stay!

Amazing house in Green Bay! This was our 2nd time staying at this property for a Packers game. The location is outstanding! But the house is so much more. It is perfectly outfitted for your group. Just bring your family and food and beverages and have yourself an amazing time!! Hosts are very pleasant to work with as well.

Green Bay Perfection

We came to town for the Packers kick off weekend and this house could not have been more perfect. Plenty of beds for everyone, a clean, well maintained kitchen and living area, and within close walking distance to Lambeau. The best part for our family was the backyard and party garage! All ages enjoyed the yard games and TV in the garage, as well as gathering around the large fire pit table. We can’t wait to come back next football season!

We had an amazing stay at this house over the weekend for the Packer game. The house is in a great location in relation to Lambeau Field. The backyard/garage area is a perfect place to tailgate before the game. The house had everything that we needed and was super clean. Would absolutely stay at this house again!

Great Place to stay

This place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was easy to work with and provided great information about the area. We stayed for a wedding and not during football season but i’m sure this would be a great place to stay for a game.

Everything was awesome. We had a baby and and 80 year old on oxygen. The house had everything we needed. Easy to check in and check out. Bonnie was easy to reach and quick to respond. Meet our expectations and beyond. Hope to say again.
