The atmosphere was relaxing, the accommodations were great, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. “Residence molto curato e ben organizzato, servizio in generale ottimo.”

“Clean and quiet. Nice part of town.”

“L’hotel scelto è sufficientemente costoso e ci si aspetta un servizio altrettanto buono. Così non è sempre. Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. “Sono stato soddisfatto del soggiorno presso l'Hampton Inn Westborough. Buona colazione. Camera e bagno grandi e sempre puliti.”

“The place was nice it was clean. The disappointment we had was with the up keep of the room. We were there 5 nights and got new towels on day 2 and never got full service for our room. We had to go to the desk our last night to get fresh towels and asked why our room wasn’t cleaned according to the schedule they gave us upon arriving and they said they had a lot of check outs and rooms to clean. “very good stay at half an hour from boston, great staff”

“The $ 100 home for TEN days for possible damages to property, only slept there , no damages, have stayed in many way more expensive hotels and never experienced this kind of long hold”

“Stayed here multiple times now and nothing bad to say about it. Good hotel for what we needed it for, free breakfast is a plus and the location is convenient. Will be staying here again in the future if we’re in the area!”

“Modern and clean hotel. Comfortable bed but pillow too soft. Good breakfast. The only complaint I have is we smell marijuana (pot) in the hallway every night. Not just on our floor but elsewhere in the hotel. We think they have an air intake outside where people smoked and it got into the hotel vent.”
