“The room was clean and tidy. We did have a good stay at the Halswell and will stay again. A couple of things. One of the lamps wasn't working. We turned the fridge off as it was very noisy and there was no door handle on the outside of our door. These are all minor, and as I said we will stay again.”

“I had a very good stay at Springfield Motel. Amber was especially nice, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made a great difference. The room was clean, the location is good, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. Definitely a great place to stay, and I would happily recommend it.”

“Overall we had a good stay at the motel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. Most parts of the experience were smooth and enjoyable. The only major issue was the airport shuttle service. We paid $15 to book the 6am shuttle to the airport, but it never arrived. We waited until 6:30am with no communication or update from the motel. In the end, we had to book an Uber ourselves for a very similar price just to make our flight. What was most disappointing...

“The photos don’t do the units justice. They are immaculate, well positioned and warm! We booked the 2 bedroom and it felt like a good size. The hosts were so helpful and let us park our speedway trailer in the car parking area to keep it safe. Would stay again in a heartbeat. ”

“We stayed overnight at Birches Motel as we had an early international flight out the next morning. The motel is in the middle of Reno’s and upgrading the rooms but we found our room to be perfect! Clean and comfortable which was just what we needed. Would happily stay there again! The shuttle picked us up at the airport which was great. No shuttle in the morning as we left at 5am but that was fine. Overall great overnight stay😊”

“Stains everywhere in room cracked bath and basin stained sheets on bed Mouldy window frames and bathroom Place hasn't been renovated or maintained in over 10-15 years People parked in our park at our room so we couldn't park anywhere near. Will not stay here again”
