“Upon arrival 4:10pm my rooms were not ready for check in. We were given the keys but when we got to the room they were still being cleaned. We had to wait 45 minutes before one of the rooms were even available. The walls were moldy. Ceiling was damaged. The bathtub was dirty stained. The bathroom walls were molded. Room had a stale smell. One room we woke up to water bugs on the floor.
Overall disgusting!!! Would never ever again!!!!!”

“Booked this hotel, received my confirmation, when I arrived they said they were full! Had to find other accommodations, so not satisfied at all with Super 8. The hotel could've at least called, texted, or emailed, to let me know there had been a mistake made in my booking, but I was blindsided the day of my check in.”
