Looking to get out of the busyness of everyday life? Look no further, this is your oasis.

Welcome to our getaway on 7 secluded acres less than 1 hour from Dallas and 5 minutes to the interstate on a private dead-end road. The perfect getaway, staycation, or longer-stay option.

Take in the peaceful surroundings with a morning coffee on the patio or dock overlooking the pond and trees that surround the property. Enjoy the company of our pet duck, Richard, as he patrols the area smartly. Get a morning workout in one of the kayaks or paddleboards, or, cool off in the afternoons with an easy paddle along the cypress-lined pond.

You’ll enjoy mornings in the master bedroom that overlooks the pond and amazing trees on the property. Bedroom #2 has a queen size murphy bed and an efficient work area with external monitor if you need. The kids will enjoy the bunkbeds in bedroom #3 that can also accommodate adults on the bottom two.

Yes! We have fishing rods and the pond does have fish!

Enjoy friends and family while making meals in the fully-appointed kitchen, settle in for a movie on the 65” TV, and make some memories with those you care most about.

The space

The location makes it easy to get around. You are only: 13 minutes to downtown Greenville, 11 mins to both L3Harris and Hunt County Regional Hospital, 24 minutes to Lake Tawakoni, and within striking distance to Dallas at 67 mins.

Amazing!!

Our family stayed here for 5 nights to watch the solar eclipse, and it was absolutely fantastic! Justin and Stacy were wonderful hosts, very responsive to message communications leading up to the stay, and they ensured we had everything we needed, including leaving us farm fresh eggs and coffee. Beds were comfortable, home was clean, and the setting was just beautiful. Very private, quiet property. We took full advantage of the serenity and used the kayaks on the pond. My mom whipped my butt on the stand up paddle board. We played badminton, strolled the neighbourhood, and enjoyed the company of their cats who were very personable. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend Justin and Stacy’s place!
