“Clean room, pleasant staff, pet friendly”

“The room was Ok, just a place to sleep. It was relatively clean. The pool was not in service and there was no notice on the site, (we have kids and it was really the only reason we stayed here). Spent $10 to do 2 loads of clothes (only 1 washer, 2 dryers, and they still didn't get fully dry). The "breakfast" was thoroughly unimpressive. Overall, Skip this place unless all you need to do is sleep.”

“This is a fantastic property located on mansion row. The Inn Keeper, Miami was great, providing a delicious breakfast and history lesson about the mansion as well as a few ghost stories. Very comfortable accommodation. We will definitely return if we are in the area in the future.”

“This place is absolutely ridiculous! The worst hotel I've ever stayed at! When I 1st checked in the room, it smelled like mildew and the ceiling in the room and restroom is falling down. The sink in the bathroom and the toilet were loose. To to it off, the bed was hard and I could feel the springs. 😞 I went to the front desk asking to change the room, they said that water pipes busted and they didn't fix the ceiling or clean the carpet. “Very friendly staff. It was an unexpected stop due to traffic delays and weather. I came in very late, the staff was awesome.”

“The breakfast was fantastic, nice selection and very good. A/C worked better than expected in the rooms. Room was clean, room cleaners took away used towels but did not restock each day, we had to ask for more towels down at the check in desk. Cleaners also did not empty trash receptacles each day. But for the most part was a pleasant stay.”

“A very well kept & friendly hotel! I picked it from reading the reviews and it did not disappoint. It also had free breakfast, an indoor pool, a Cracker Barrel next door, and it was directly off of I-65. I do not believe that was mentioned.”

“Customer service was great. The breakfast was really good. The housekeeping people were very friendly and asked if we needed anything. The rooms could use a little bit of updating, but they were very clean. Besides a cigarette butts on the ground, the outside area was clean.”

The room was fine, but the details were a bit lacking. The bathtub had a substantial gap on one side, for example. The people were singularly great and helpful.”
