“This is a fantastic property located on mansion row. The Inn Keeper, Miami was great, providing a delicious breakfast and history lesson about the mansion as well as a few ghost stories. Very comfortable accommodation. We will definitely return if we are in the area in the future.”

“This place is absolutely ridiculous! The worst hotel I've ever stayed at! When I 1st checked in the room, it smelled like mildew and the ceiling in the room and restroom is falling down. The sink in the bathroom and the toilet were loose. To to it off, the bed was hard and I could feel the springs. 😞 I went to the front desk asking to change the room, they said that water pipes busted and they didn't fix the ceiling or clean the carpet. “Very friendly staff. It was an unexpected stop due to traffic delays and weather. I came in very late, the staff was awesome.”

“The breakfast was fantastic, nice selection and very good. A/C worked better than expected in the rooms. Room was clean, room cleaners took away used towels but did not restock each day, we had to ask for more towels down at the check in desk. Cleaners also did not empty trash receptacles each day. But for the most part was a pleasant stay.”

She was the person smoking on the bench next to the front door- breaks are great, but she was the only one working and we walked past her to enter the property. Elevator was also out of service and we were given a 3 rd floor room. “Customer service was great. The breakfast was really good. The housekeeping people were very friendly and asked if we needed anything. The rooms could use a little bit of updating, but they were very clean. Besides a cigarette butts on the ground, the outside area was clean.”
