“The ad for this property undersold what we got. This was a large apartment with a full kitchen, huge bathroom and separate laundry room. We were not expecting how nice it was. Great location, only a block of the river. Great food options. Downtown a very short walk. Riverwalk one block away. This was a great place to stay. We would stay again without hesitation. Note there was a separate damage deposit that was a little suspect because it wasn't mentioned in the Expedia reservation. ...

“The location and the furniture in the place was pretty good, the structure of the place itself was rough. Dried yellow running water marks on the bedroom walls, peeling ceiling with what looked like mold in the top corner of the kitchen and lots of loose bathroom tiles with a hole in the floor. Just a very old and not maintained well building.”

“The apartment was very clean, it also has a washer and dryer which is a plus for longer stays. There's a Keurig coffee maker, which we loved. Plenty of clean towels and all the major items. We loved the location within 10 minutes of all the main attractions. We also loved the fact that it's pet friendly. ”
