“Newly renovated and extremely high spec. Rooms very comfortable but not quiet enough from hallway noise. Staff extremely polite and helpful. Restaurant is OK.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Ideally located for our Alton Towers trip. Lots of nice restaurants in Leek too. Apartment was very comfortable, beds comfy too with crisp white linen and towels. Good instructions for entry. Some more information about bins etc would have been good. WiFi was a bit iffy at times but didn’t hugely impact on us. Connection instructions weren’t correct but we worked it out eventually. Would consider staying again when next visiting Alton Towers. ”

“We needed a place close to Stoke for an event we were all attending with friends. This place was perfect for the 6 of us that stayed there. The hours is very large, with a large kitchen and all amenities. We did not use the TV, so unsure of that function and options. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. There is a large fenced back yard where kids could play.”

“Everything was lovely great staff. Food was amazing. Spa was great fun. This was an early Christmas present to myself and hubby. Well it really made a change to do something like this. Had a great time ”

“Clean and comfortable room with enough outlets for a large group. Plenty of room, bed was excellent, and the room came equipped with many amenities laid out in an attractive manner. I was very comfortable there and will definitely use it as my home base when I visit again.”
