“Nice place for a si single night staying ”

“Struttura Moderna, funzionale e comoda. Consiglio”

“Good parking ”

“Very nice family room that was very clean. Only downside was toilet appeared to be leaking. Beds were very comfortable. Great selection at breakfast.”

“Easy parking, nice staff...the mattress needs to be replaced.”

“Family friendly and clean room”

“Excellent place to stay with a family, our 3,6 and 11 year olds loved the outdoor spaces, the gardens and play areas are fantastic and the lounge areas are also great for families. The room was a good size and the dining room had great food at decent prices, esp as kids eat for £1! You can walk directly from the hostel to many different paths into countryside or dovedale. Our family loved this place, I highly recommend it.”

“First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy.”

“The most important asset to this hotel is its staff. Every single one we met was friendly and more than helpful - especially the gentleman on the reception desk upon arrival and the gentleman manning the restaurant at breakfast. Spotlessly clean room with tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits. Parking right outside the hotel and within walking distance to the theatre and the shops/restaurants. Stayed here after a day in Alton towers and would not hesitate to return.”

“Real nice stay”
