“I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process”

“The bed and the linen were clean. The whole property is run down and needs updating, it’s all very tired. The bathroom could be so much cleaner if someone cared enough to remove the limescale build up and graffiti.”

Outside next to little shop. Traffic island outside meant couldnt park outside and single line. Area around property made us feel unsafe- wasnt the best.”

“Place smelled horrible. Bedsheets were stained. Mold all over the shared bathroom. I found a pair of used underwear beneath my mattress. The place had not been vacuumed in ages. Very shocked Expedia would allow a place like this to remain on their website. ”

“Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. “Filty from the entrance to the kitchen and toilet. I coukd not have a shower or use the kitchen. The room is fine. The advert says private bathroom but it was shared. I had to go downstairs to the back of the kitchen to get to the toilet. Wont come back. ”
