“The staff are amazing! I had called to let them know that we’d have a late check-in and had to call back twice since we kept being delayed. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Checking in after 1:00 am and finding spotless rooms, comfortable beds and updated bathrooms was so nice. Breakfast was good—loved making the mini waffles!”

“The hotel is great for kids! They had a great time! However one person on the staff was very rude! They told my wife that she needed a wristband in order to sit in the pool area. I said: NO PROBLEM… But than I noticed that some of the white guess didn’t have a waistband. Keep in mind… that we’re the only black family. “the room was clean, staff was friendly and efficient. the pool looked very nice, but we didn't use it. convenient breakfast the next morning. just the bathroom needs updating, and the tub didn't drain well”

“The room was fine and I chose this hotel because most of Columbus was booked and what was left was far beyond my budget. I would have no problem staying here again. Only negative was the thumping on the floor from the guest in the room directly above mine. At times, it sounded like they were trying to break through the floor. The hotel was nowhere near being fully booked so I don't know why I had to have someone above me in the first place.”

“Light and outlet over the sink was not working. Room hall light did not work. Door from parking lot to hotel was inoperable. Floors in bathroom were not clean. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. The breakfast was good.”
