“Conoscevamo la struttura perché siamo stati diverse volte nello stesso Hotel dal 2014 fino al 2020, ma in questo ultimo soggiorno ho notato un peggioramento: la struttura non è aggiornata e gli anni si sentono; contrariamente a quanto accadeva prima la pulizia non è impeccabile infatti sebbene avessimo chiesto di rifare giornalmente la stanza le pulizie sono state eseguite solo una volta in 3 giorni; la posizione è sicuramente comoda per la vicinanza con i mezzi di trasporto e con il centro. “A very complicated way from the Airport. First with train, than Tube, than another train and at last with a Bus. The Code for the key was not correct and I first ask a neighbor for help. A few minutes later a young man came out and tell us that the code was changed. He don't introduce himself and we thought, that's only a neighbor. But later I thought he was the owner. He turned off the heater every day. The apartment was much small for 3 poeple. I never would stay there again.”
