This new (custom built in 2024) 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sits on a peaceful 1-acre lot, offering the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and convenience. Whether you're here for a family vacation, a sports event at Delaware Turf or Sports at the Beach, or just a relaxing escape, you'll love the quiet, private setting just a short drive from some of the area’s top attractions.

    With spacious interiors and modern amenities, this home is designed with families in mind. The Master Bedroom includes a king bed, with a private full bath, while the other bedrooms contain a queen bed and bunk bed (double bed on the bottom and twin bed on the top). The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, while the cozy living areas are perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Enjoy outdoor living with a large backyard for family games (cornhole provided) or an evening on the patio with a fire pit and gas grill—ideal for creating lasting memories.

Property very clean and well stocked with any incidentals you may want or have not brought or purchased (soap, shampoo, ziploc bags, etc.). Very quiet area with deer in the backyard in the morning and evening. My adult children stayed in this property last year and had the same excellent experience that my wife and I had. We would certainly recommend this property and I hope it will be available for furture trips to visit family in Delaware.

The house is exactly as described, was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Quiet location, in the country. Definitely would rent again, much better than having to get two hotel rooms for the six of us. Owners were very responsive for any questions. Excellent rental!!

We came to Delaware for a lacrosse tournament and this house exceeded all of our expectations. It was clean, not cluttered, the beds were comfortable, the 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms were great for 5 people. The kitchen is wonderful, lots of items for all your cooking and eating needs. There was lots of room to move around, plenty of seating. The backyard fire pit and chairs is a nice touch. We would definitely stay again. The hosts live nearby and were very responsive to any questions.

We came in from out of town to work in the area.All the home we rented, this was the best home we have stayed in.Quiet area and the home was more than we expected.If available book this home first.
