“Pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, comfort and convenience of this hotel concept. Would highly recommend the Tru Hilton stay to anyone! I looked up their other 300 plus locations for future travel plans. Dog friendly ...and people friendly!”

“The staff were nice but no tv that worked or phone and no smoke detector. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Elevator wasn’t working the first day and the second day they duct taped it. So not wanting to use it but I just had surgery and I still took stairs”

“The room was clean. The room service lady entered my room and was not suppose to so I hope that doesn’t happen again. I told front desk but she said she couldn’t do much about it.”

“The room was so cute. We were here for a quick stay but it would be perfect for a longer one with the kitchen. Everything was clean and the towels were very plush. Was a nice change from a hotel. Front desk person very nice and accommodating. Would stay again. Perfect if you had pets we didn’t but would be a great place for them.”

“Just wasn't great. Only one lamp worked, one was completely busted, the tub was stained with hair dye, there was a smashed roach on shower wall, pool was closed, bfast was not the best... The apples (only fruit offered) were squishy and bruised, the coffee was just brown water, only real option was a waffle or cereal. It wasn't bad, especially for the price, just could have been better.”

“We’ve stayed here numerous times and have always been happy until now. This property is needing attention. Staff and facilities are nice but our room wasn’t as clean as it had been in the past. Walls were dirty, shower had done black areas, water pressure is minimal due to shower head build up and tile literally was loose in the bathroom with grout pieces all over the floor as we walked on them.
