Ville La Marcellina is a big estate consisting of three villas that can be rented altogether for a large party or it can be rented individually, each with its ground, pool and outdoors.

The three villas are conveniently set in order to guarantee the clients the right privacy and stunning views.

They are:

- Villa delle Donne (7 bedrooms - outdoor pool, indoor pool)
- Villa Le Scuderie (4 bedrooms - outdoor pool, indoor pool)
- Villa Il Tinaio (7 bedrooms with private pool)

Ville La Marcellina are a 20 acres estate, that lays on a hill just below the ancient hamlet of Panzano. The access to the property is through two different and short not paved roads starting from the town.

They are three of the most stylish properties of Tuscan countryside, it is located in the surroundings of Greve in Chianti, just 900 m. to the cosy medieval town of Panzano, also well known for the vineyards of some of the most famous vine brands. The property is located in the heart of Chianti, between the provinces of Florence and Siena. Two of the villas were built during the XVI and XVII century as a farmhouse, a third one is a new and modern project.

The villas has kept all their original characteristics through the centuries until the last owner acquired in 2014. This amazing property is now ready to be rented after four years of a laborious process of renovation, that has included searching for the specialized architect, a construction company formed by artisans of the area, and a search of original materials and furnishings coming all around Italy, in order to have the right hand made pavement, chimney, forged iron, doors, etc.

In all the restoration works the owners have respected the environment. Hot water, electricity, heating all comes from the use of clean energy as the geothermal and solar energy.

Once finished the restoration work was finished the owner started with a never-ending journey through Antiquaries around Italy and France to decorate the villa in a manner that respected its character and original style, but also provided a relaxing and comfortable environment for guests. The skilful renovation and tasteful decoration has been finished in winter of 2018.

The final result is an amazing property well decorated with sought furnishings, all surrounded by breath-taking views of the Chianti. Please note that high hedgerows divide the outdoor spaces of the villas. Windows and gates are positioned in order to avoid any kind of privacy limitation.

VILLA IL TINAIO

The view of Villa Il Tinaio is truly unique spreading over the typical Tuscan hills colored by vineyards, cypresses, olive-groves and woods. All along the villa a pleasant walking runs through the property offering during the summer a fragrant blooming of rosemary and lavender plants.

The villa has the typical style of a Tuscan farmhouse and offer an amazing 360° views of the surrounding Chianti region.

The outdoors feature original stones, several terraces and is surrounded by a Mediterranean Garden with olive trees and plants. The access from the main road is through a private path.

The 16x6 meters private infinity pool - unheated is in a secluded area of the garden in its upper part. The swimming pool it is open from mid-April to the end of October.

Villa Il Tinaio spreads on 2 different levels, it enjoys many cosy spots and stylish furnishings. The property is very well decorated in a mix of modern and classic style. There are different accesses to the villa: the main doorway can be considered the one on second level. In its interior the villa has 7 en-suite double bedrooms, a large living room, 2 sitting rooms, a dining room fit to accommodate even up to 30people, a modern and very well-equipped kitchen.

From the garden you'll have access in the main entrance hall, on the same floor there is also a large living area, an open-large and fully equipped kitchen with 7 burner cooker and double oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and ice maker; a French door leads out to a patio with a dining area with a table and chairs for all the guests of the house. Il Tinaio kitchen can be a perfect venue to arrange a cooking class and thanks to more modular tables it is also perfect to accommodate parties from 8 to 30 people in case the same party will buy out the Ville la Marcellina! A powder room is available on the ground floor.

On ground floor there are also 3 double bedrooms: 2 suites with en-suite bathrooms one with a shower and another with a jacuzzi bathtub and a shower; a third en-suite double bedrooms lays on the same floor. A short flight of steps led you down to the second floor where you have access to 4 double bedrooms all en-suite with a shower.


VILLA DELLE DONNE

Villa delle Donne enjoy stunning views of the vineyards of Chianti countryside, it is only 800 m. to the village of Panzano. The outdoors feature original stones, several terraces and is surrounded by a Mediterranean Garden with olive trees and plants. The access from the main road is through a private path.

The villa location makes it ideal to visit some of the most fascinating Art Cities in the world. Florence can be reached by car within 22 miles; Siena (the city of the Palio) is just 20 miles away. Many medieval hamlets are at short driving: Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Castellina, Radda, Greve in Chianti, Impruneta. The cultural, gourmet / winery, and nature adventures that can be arrange within short distance from the villa are endless and would require months before sampling each of them.

The 8 m. x 8 m. private infinity pool is in a secluded area of the garden in its upper part. On a lower level there is the open air kitchen equipped with barbecue, table and chairs for al fresco dinner. A big sail shade a part of the garden. A natural spring brings out fresh water from the hill.

The Villa delle Donne spreads on 5 different levels, it enjoys many cosy spots and stylish furnishings. The property is very well decorated in a mix of modern and classic style. It takes its name from the main them of some important paintings that are in some rooms and common areas that represent "women".

In its interior the villa has 7 en-suite double bedrooms (4 of the queen size bed can be converted into twin size bed upon request), a large living room, 2 sitting rooms, a dining room, a contemporary and very well equipped kitchen. It is ideal for a dream holiday stay, for a group of up to 12-14 people.

The house consists of 4 levels plus the turret. There are different accesses to the villa: the main doorway can be considered the one on second level.

From the garden you'll have access in the main entrance hall, leading to 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms one with a shower, the other with a bathtub; on the right to a large and fully equipped kitchen with 7 burner cooker and double oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and ice maker; a French door leads out to a patio with a dining area with a table and chairs for all the guests of the house.

On the same level we find also the big master bedroom featured by a large jacuzzi bathtub inside and an en-suite bathroom as well.

A short flight of steps led you down to the lower floor where you have access to an amazing panoramic indoor heated pool (up to 30°), featured by relaxing lights, small bar and a sitting room. On the same level with independent access from the garden there is another double bedroom with its own bathroom.

The access to the third level is from the garden and indoor through the steps. There we have a large refined living area which is divided into three large parts: 2 living areas are furnished with sofas and a fireplace, the third one is featured by a sofa, a table and small electric stove with a fridge for a quick snack.

All the living room faces with French windows onto the garden and the valley. A fifth and a sixth bedrooms are on this level, each room has en-suite bath with shower. From the entrance hall coming up through a short staircase you'll lead the 4th level where is a small living room and then you’ll come up in the turret where is the last en-suite (with shower) double bedroom where you can enjoy a wonderful view.

VILLA LE SCUDERIE
