“The room was very clean. I was surprised and disappointed. I hadn’t brought my slippers because I did not know it was a non-carpeted surface, which made it cooler to the person walking barefooted. The staff that I met was superb! Even the housekeeper made an effort to understand what I wanted and very kind about it. I received two tasks to make sure I knew to contact them if needed. “The breakfast was fresh and had an array to choose from. Staff was unfriedly, be advised housekeeping is every other day. I asked for addition toeels and was met with an attitude. I also found 2 ands in the bed sheets. ”
