“The room was very clean and comfortable, and the owners friendly and accommodating. The property was strategically located for our activities, including Sandringham, Houghton Hall and Gardens, and the Hunstanton through to Wells Next to the Sea area. It was convenient to our ancestral homes in Swaffham and Deopham. Went to the Samphire just over 1/2 mile down the road for a nice dinner. Picked up a few items at the shop across the street. Met some friendly couples at breakfast.”

“This was another return visit to this wonderful warm and friendly pub/hotel. This time i was accompanied with my daughter/we came up up to celebrate my friend's birthday and celebrate my daughters acceptance to University. As before the rooms we had were clean and comfortable the staff were helpful/friendly and the whole evening was brilliant.
