“I have been staying at this hotel now for several years, I attend with different groups throughout each year, family groups and groups of friends, both these groups are catered for fantastically by the hotel. This year in particular changes to the UK entry requirements a fit to fly certificate was required, the hotel advised me where to obtain such a test and assisted with me obtaining the certificate on the date of my return home, many thanks again to the hotel and I’ll definitely see you again...

“The flat inside is as you see in the photos they just forgot to mention that is in a building site the builders start making noise at 8am in the morning next door to the apartment there is dust everywhere. The fire alarm went off at 4am there is no security we were outside in the snow.
