“Everything was great and it was a very clean property. Large rooms and loved the separate beds for each person. Appreciated the use of the laundry. Great location too!”

“Room originally felt a bit small but was fine once we rearrange some furniture to fit our luggage. We fit comfortably on the bed but if you are of a bigger build/tall then you may overhang. The view from the room is brilliant with Mt Fuji in the middle. There is also a lot of restaurants and some shops nearby so it was very convenient. “While cabin room is nice and the in-room shabu shabu dinner and in-room breakfast were very good, the whole stage was stolen by the fact the hotel charged me a cancellation fee for a canoe on the lake activity that I decided to cancel due to raining. All they could say is that is the hotel policy to apply an activity cancellation fee if I don’t cancel by 6 AM.
