“We loved our stay at the Welcome. The staff from front desk, dining, housekeeping and the greeting team were all very pleasant and welcoming. Names to be mentioned are Suraj, Sujata, Suprabhat, Bhavna and Kashmir. I may have missed some names but everything was great including the food. Thank you everyone for making our stay memorable ”

“Although the staff was good. The rooms are dirty and I think they clean them once in a week.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom design is not practical. When showering, the whole room is flooded. During my eight nights stay I had only two mornings of hot water. The (free) breakfast is very basic but suffcient. I have given four stars because of the staff which is very friendly and helpful.”

“Dinner wasn’t kept inspite of requesting early , and didn’t respond to calls regarding my delayed flight. Had to check in at midnight and checked out at 8 am( on request- their check out time is 7 am) . Disappointed ”
