“Unauthorized charge + zero housekeeping for 3 nights. Avoid. During my stay at this property from June 26-29, 2026, I experienced two serious issues. First, at check-in I was charged without my consent — a double charge, as my reservation was already paid through Expedia more than three weeks prior to our arrival. This unauthorized charge affected our entire vacation from the very beginning, turning what was supposed to be a relaxing family trip into a completely bitter...

“Generally this hotel is hit and miss depending on what tour groups stay. We have had some rough ones there before with bad guest, this was just right.”

“I honestly would give this stay a negative zero if I could. From the moment we arrived, it was a terrible experience. The first room they gave us was clearly not cleaned — the bed looked like someone had just rolled out of it, and the covers were dragged all across the floor. The second room wasn’t much better. There were roaches, broken dresser drawers that constantly slid open on their own, and raid powder sitting in the corners, which tells me this is an ongoing issue they’re clearly aware...
