“When we checked in the room was warm so we put the ac down more and left to explore Savannah. Upon returning we noticed the ac did not work. We went to the front desk and told them about not having ac. I was told they would call maintenance and troubleshoot shoot it and they can move us rooms. It’s was after 10 pm the guy said he would call me before he leaves at 11 pm. We never received a call. At 3 am I just couldn’t handle a room in Savannah in the summer with no ac. “always a great place to stay very convenient very economical very clean very safe very professional very kind and nice staff. I guess that pretty much covers it very convenient location. It’s a place that makes you feel like a home away from home.”

“I had to ask them to switch my room immediately. When I first entered there were nats flying around the room, the pillows had stains on them, and the tub was constantly leaking and wouldn’t stop.”

“Disgusting because the bathtub and sink drainage were full of hair and clogged, they even tried to move me to another room as the maintenance crew was not in the property at around 8:30 but the other room was the same, clogged with human hair, the maintenance guy came late at night but he just unclogged the drainage without moving the hair, I dont recommend it”

“The price was good - the room was a good size with a roll away bed and kitchenette-bathroom could have been cleaner - there was a hole in one of sheets -juice and coffee were terrible - staff was friendly but there was communication issue understanding them and they understanding us/not major issues but minor ones to fix”
