“Great staff. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and they moved me to an upgraded room free of charge. Only caveat is the outside noise. The hotel is located where two uphill roads meet, so all the buses, trucks and motorcycles are very load because they're going uphill in 1st and 2nd gear. Can't really blame the hotel for that, but it can get really annoying. Other than that, the hotel good is great; free Netflix, supermarket right across the road, and walking distance to metro.”

“I'm going to be fair and balanced on my review. First, the check-in was very antiquated, using fill in the blank forms and lack of awareness of who the guests are. Either Orbitz didn't communicate effectively or their system is very lacking. When arriving, I provided my orbits reservation and showed the receptionist the hotel provided email announcing my reservation. After going through all the steps the reception is asked me for payment, which had already been made through the orbits platform....

“This is beautiful property located in the center of the city, within walking distance to many dining options. The staff were very attentive and courteous, not only at the hotel, but also at the restaurant at the hotel. It is pretty evident that the hotel manager goes beyond his duties to make certain that guests have a great experience during their stay. Top notch experience all around!”
