Lussuoso 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni Penthouse con spazio aperto per ospiti multipli. Posto auto privato vicino all'ascensore. Completamente rinnovato nel 2018 con nuovi pavimenti, nuova vernice, nuovi mobili, nuove lenzuola e nuove pentole. L'unità si trova al piano Penthouse ed è l'unità più vicina all'ascensore piscina / servizi. Questa è la più grande 2 camere da letto sulla proprietà. Può ospitare 10 con oltre 2000 piedi quadrati. Incluso un balcone che si affaccia sulla Baia, sul Golfo e sulle due piscine e sul Lazy River. Cucina in stile europeo dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, Wet Bar, Wine Cooler e Large Ice Maker. La camera da letto principale offre una rilassante vasca da 2 persone, un letto king size e finestre e porte dal pavimento al soffitto che conducono al balcone arredato con tavolo e sedie. La camera degli ospiti offre 2 letti e bagno. 2 divani letto queen nel soggiorno con TV Smart 4K da 55 ", tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone e 4 sgabelli al bar della cucina. Il balcone privato si affaccia sul Golfo e sulla Baia ed è accessibile dalla camera matrimoniale e dalla sala da pranzo. Another amazing trip to Orange Beach!

This is our 3rd year in a row booking with Allison at the Caribe! Such an amazing host and we have stayed in 3 of her properties: D501, CPH09, and most recently CPH08. All have been great locations, very clean, nicely decorated, great amenities, and very comfortable for our family. Allison is an amazing host. Great response times, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended and we will definitely book with her again! The Caribe is also a great location! The building has been going thru several renovations, but they are paying off! There is always something to do - several pools and hot tubs to choose from, kids loved the lazy river and adults loved the new bar ;)Also, here are some locations that have become our favorites:- Cobalt- The Gulf- The Hangout- LuLu's- Jeffrey Friend Trail / Lagoon- Buzzcats Coffee- Daisy Donuts- The Southern Grind CoffeeHope this helps!

Such a beautiful place

Beautiful place, large rooms and living room. Beautiful view from deck! Kids loved the pools. Easy ride to the marina and beach with the free shuttle. Wished we stayed longer! It takes a minute to learn where everything is but she provided a map in the penthouse. Allison was super helpful say to get in touch with a responded right away.

Gorgeous views, roomy, beautiful rooms, and perfect location!

Our family loved staying here! From the amount of space, to the gorgeous views, we were all comfortable spending our holiday in this condo.Our teens loved fishing off the docks, our youngest had fun in the pools, and we all enjoyed exploring the area. We would love to come back when it’s a bit warmer weather, as the outdoor pools were chilly when cold outside. But, we had plenty of fun inside and bundled-up to spend time on the gorgeous white sandy beach.Allison was flexible and easy to work with. She communicated well and in a positive way.We will definitely consider another vacation at this condo.

Great peaceful winter getaway

Great stay with mother and daughter after Xmas. Wonderful view, porch furniture was the best bonus eating breakfast and having coffee every morning with a great view. Great host, great communication. Can’t wait to come back

Amazing Resort

This condo was absolutely beautiful and fully stocked. The host was so sweet and helpful. The convenience of the space, view & modernized home was great. Everything was clean, nice and unkept very well. I truly have no complaints on this unit. I had two little ones: 3 & 10 and they had a great time. I love that the property has a water park feel without having to go off property. Everything you can imagine for a family vacation was here. Also, having the rooms separated gave a feeling of more privacy from an adult vs kids perspective.

End of Summer Getaway

We are a family of 7, wanting a little getaway before school starts. The place was in a perfect location. Lots of great amenities, but most of all the kids enjoyed swimming in the pools. Condo was clean with plenty of space, also great view of the bay and ocean. We will be back someday! The Gronefelds

Extraordinary

Let me start out by saying the view was breathtaking. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was breathtaking. The manager was so kind and accommodating even offered us an extended stay due to an extra day being available. Will definitely be placing this room on my favorites list to stay again.

Great place for a Family

My wife, kids and I love the condo. It was spacious for all 6 of us. There is plenty to do at the resort. So you should not feel the need to leave. This condo has great views and being on the top was quiet for everyone to get plenty of rest. The trolleys were great to get to the beach. The parking is tight and low so if you’re in a larger vehicle it might be tricky parking but not a big deal when staying at such an amazing place. The host was incredible answering our questions quickly. And she even gave us a later check out which was super helpful for us to get all our little kids packed and out of there!.

Great beach getaway

The property was beautiful and clean - just amazing and Allison was so easy to get in touch with! Plenty of room for our group of six and everyone had a great time. Highly recommend and we will stay with them again!

Worth it!

This penthouse condo had amazing view of both the bay and ocean. It is larger in person than seems online. Living space and master bedroom are spacious. Note: bring extra trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods. We plan on returning!

Great place within a very nice resort. Penthouse suite with outstanding view.

Only complaint was only one out of 5 or 6 outside hot tub was operating. Indoor Pool and hot tub were okay, not regularly cleaned though.

Worth every penny!!

Seldom do you find a listing that is actually BETTER in person than you see in listing pics. This condo is more beautiful and spacious in person - it was a pleasant surprise! The Caribe amenities themselves were dated, and shut down for repairs/improvements but they looked like they’d be great once reopened. The view is spectacular and it’s a short walk from the condo to the sugar sand beach at the point. Gorgeous unit. Book it!!

Perfect Getaway!

This condo is amazing. The view is breathtaking. My wife and I stayed for a long weekend and could not have been more pleased. 10 out of 10 recommend. We will definitely be back. Also, the owner was so easy accommodating and easy to deal with!

Absolutely wonderful

Look no further, this is a wonderful condo, park your vehicle enjoy your stay. There are awesome views from the balcony, the condo is spacious and comfortable. Plan to stay a while because there is so much to do on the property and within walking distance. Massive pools. lazy river, hot tubs, bbq pits, fishing, boat rentals, kid pools, the beach, and restaurant all in walking distance. As for the owner Allison she is a dream to work with and a pleasure on communicating the in’s and out’s. Best vacation in years. Thanks again Allison Tom C.

Condo and property manager couldn’t be better

I have never had a better experience coordinating a vacation for two adults and 3 children under the age of 6 (two being twins with a lot of energy) and that was all due to Allison. The Penthouse couldn’t have been any better with a great location, awesome amenities and one of the most equipped condos I’ve ever seen ( which always helps us busy moms out). I look forward to booking with Allison again.
