Beautiful condo on Ole River with deeded beach access

Welcome to Lei Lani Village! This waterfront oasis provides the best of both waters, located on Ole River you also have deeded beach access. This well maintained 2 bedroom 2 bath unit provides the perfect location to watch the boats travel down Ole River from your private balcony.
Not only do you have access to the pool steps away from your unit but also use of the indoor and outdoor pool of Lei Lani Tower on the beach.
There is a cross walk to safely access the beach across the street as well as rental chairs and umbrellas available on site.
This Condo has 2 bedrooms, One bedroom contains one King bed and the other contains 1 Queen and 1 twin bed plus a sleeper sofa (full bed) in the living room.
The condo is well equipped with all the necessities of home.

Unexpected beginning, great ending

Approx 30 mins or so prior to our arrival. I received a VRBO message from Brittany stating the water in the unit may be turned off but maintenance was working to resolve the issue. I responded ok. Upon arrival the outside condo unit was very nice. We were super glad to arrive after traveling 8 plus hours. We were greeted by 2 Condo property personnel who advised my family and I the water had been shut off for 4 hours and a plumber had been contacted. We then were taken to the lower unit that had their ceiling clasp due to the water leak coming from the hot water heater located inside the island of the unit we'd be staying in. I inquired if anyone knew when the plumber would arrive. The property management personnel wasn't sure. I asked if my children could use the restroom possibly. He said he needed someone to check the units water anyways. So the keyless entry went smooth. We ran into another note stating the garage disposal was broken but a ticket had been sent in to maintenence. So on top on no water, we have a smelly condo. The only solution offered from Brittany the property owner was an apology and a full refund... Which I thought was a bit uncouth. I explained to Brittany my family and I had driven so far with 3 kiddos under 12. So, unfortunately there was no we're else for us to go on such short notice. So we opted to wait it out. We couldn't get the TV to work, I asked Brittany about that we were told to check the source. We continued to get the same error message. Moving along the nice plumber finally finished up hammering, vacuuming, and banging around 9:30pm. Thankfully we were able to get hot showers around 10pm or so. The rest of the week went pretty well, the condo unit was well furnished and clean, and kid friendly. I'd surely visit the properties located at Lei Lani Condominiums again.

Perfect for relaxing weekend

Met with old friends. Easy walk to beach. Nice pool. Lovely covered deck to enjoy coffee and watch boats an dolphins in the morning. Nice for sunset too. Close to Good dining and entertainment. Comfortable beds and all necessities in kitchen. Would book again.

Beautiful Condo and Views!

My family of 4 enjoyed a different view of the beach. Staying on the river side offered views of the river and boats. Having an option of 3 different pools thrilled my youngest child and easy beach access made for happy adults. The condo was clean, well kept and felt like home. Can't wait to plan our next stay!

Gulf Shores Trip

6 of us, 2 married couples both with 21 year old daughters flew into New Orleans for a few days then made our way to Orange Beach for a few days. We had an amazing time. The condo was perfect. We loved being by the river and the ocean. This was our first time visiting this region and had such a wonderful experience.

Fabulous Girls weekend

Excellent place. Everything as described. The neighbor was friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend others. Has all the amenities needed including an iron 😊 The owner quick to respond. We loved it here and looking forward to coming back!
