Fabulous vacation!

The place was immaculate and gorgeous! Loves having a kitchen and washer and dryer. The view was beautiful! Beachball properties were so informative and kind. We will definitely be returning again in the future. It was a great place to make memories.

We had a wonderful vacation with our family. Our room size was perfect. However, the appliances were very old and outdated. The refrigerator was rusted and obviously not very clean. The fridge handle was sticky. I went to use the skillet and it still had old egg in it. There was some hair in the bathroom sink. We had maintenance guys show up because of a potential pipe leak in the ceiling. It had a lot of potential just didn’t seem to have much care and attention.

Awesome location!

This was my mom and 2 children’s first ever beach experience and this place was very cozy and accurate in description. We had an amazing vacation stay!

This place was great. Great location, great amenities, and my family had an great time. Wish there was more information about other amenities offered. All in all great place and view was amazing. Super quiet and enough room for family.

Stay was good, kids had a good time. The room could have had more supplies for making food, but bed was very comfortable, slept like a gem. would highly recommend this unit.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. Having 2 special needs grandchildren makes it difficult to get out much. The condo was perfect for us. There wasn't a lot of decor sitting around at their level that we had to be concerned about getting broken. Thank you for a fantastic vacation ❤️

Perfect Couple Getaway

My husband and I had such a relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The building was quiet and we did not hear noise from other rooms or floors. Balcony views were amazing and the ease in and out of the property was so simple. Pool was long and had a separate area for kids which was nice for our adult only time. No complaints, only compliments on the entire experience.

This condo has a great view and is a good location. Everything in the unit functions however it is in the true sense “a rental”. It is very family friendly complex with plenty to do for kids of all ages. The rental company responded to any of our issues.

Great for a short stay!

Have your room number ready for the check in desk because they will not check you in until you have it, and they will not look it up for you. A few updates are needed and a new shower liner is needed. This was a perfect view and location for us. Great for a 3 day weekend stay. Kids loved it, and my husband and I enjoyed it as well.

Great time at Phoenix v

Phoenix v is perfect for families with kids! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The condo was clean however the kitchen appliances are outdated. (The oven temperature dial no longer has clear readings) however not a deal breaker. We already are looking at coming back next year for an even longer stay. Can’t wait to enjoy the view again. Thank you!

June Vacay

It was a very nice 1 bedroom place for us as adults to stay. The complex was not very adult however. We understood we took a chance by going in June that there would be lots of children. We didn't anticipate there would be so many unruly, screaming, disrespectful children in such a nice complex. We will definitely consider the property again. Just for stays before June and after Labor day. The unit was perfect for us.

Great location, beautiful space

The condo is exactly as pictured. The Beachball management easy to get a hold of if necessary. Lovely location and great beach access. The condo was very nice. And fully deserving of 5 stars - the actual building was the only reason I gave 4 - The condominium did have construction going on in the lobby but they did a great job of providing ease of access. The fitness room is average and outdated. Both pools are nice size. The only downfall the indoor pool has very little seating - and the outdoor pool had very little shaded seating. Maybe they do provide umbrellas in summer? Overall a nice location and would stay again

Somewhat Disappointed

Not our first rental with Beachball but is our first “not so good” experience. The rental process was great, but the unit was not up to our standards. Our biggest suggestion is that the kitchen needs an updated refrigerator & small appliances.

Great Location

Orange Beach is beautiful. This unit is a good location. I traveled 13 hours to enjoy time on the beach, the unit's deck and the pool deck. Unfortuantely I was not told by Beach Ball that the pool deck would be closed and there would be construction. The construction at the pool during the day was too loud for me to sit on my unit's deck. I was disappointed that Beach Ball did not inform me as I could have picked a different unit in a different building. They did apologize but they did not offer any type of compensation. The beach was beautiful, great weather and wonderful sunset.

The check in was made very easy through the property management team at Beach Ball vacations. They were very good with communications. They were also helpful with texting other recommendations ahead of time as well.The property and unit are obviously not one of the newest properties, but well maintained. The location is awesome, easy in and out. The unit kitchen was stocked very well with everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable and they made good use of the available space. The bed was average, but not uncomfortable.The views from the balcony are what we travel for. We have visited Orange Beach several times for vacation. We have stayed at this property previously in a different unit and have enjoyed our stays. The only real downside on this particular trip was the balcony furniture. It was in disrepair and needs to be replaced. We were able to enjoy our balcony time and had the best dinner seats around. There is no lack of great shrimp boil, pizza or anything else that cannot be served on the balcony with such great views.

Misleading

Bedsheets all had sand in them Oven is so old and does not work properly. Could not bake any of our food that we brought. Elevators are a nightmare. Took almost 30 minutes to get from 8th floor to the lobby on check out day due to high traffic and maintenance/cleaning services utilizing public elevators. Would not recommend for families
