Se stai cercando un posto speciale dove trascorrere del tempo con la tua famiglia o gli amici in spiaggia ... l'hai trovato! Beach Heaven II è un condominio recentemente decorato di tre camere da letto che offre un'esperienza di una vita. Dal tuo balcone al quarto piano, sarai ammirato dal panorama e catturato con la serenità del suono dell'oceano.

Le tre camere da letto sono state recentemente ristrutturate, una con un letto matrimoniale e una splendida vista sull'oceano, e la seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e uno singolo e la terza ha un letto matrimoniale. Un divano letto ti fa dormire per 9. Ogni camera ha una TV e il soggiorno ha una TV e DVD. Ma soprattutto ascolterai l'incredibile suono dell'oceano. Questo è stato recentemente arredato per darvi il meglio di tutto per il vostro soggiorno. È stato dato quel fattore "WOW" e ti invita a divertirti dal momento in cui entri in questo bellissimo condominio.

Sia che tu stia venendo per una vacanza o che gli snowbirds non vogliano spalare la neve, questo condominio ti offre tanto. Oltre a questo meraviglioso condominio, hai una bella piscina all'aperto, tra cui una piscina per bambini, grande piscina coperta e sauna, area barbecue, tennis, backgammon, sauna, sala fitness ed è in una posizione meravigliosa vicino a tanti altri servizi.

This was our first vacation with our 5 month old baby and it was amazing! The condo is exactly like the posting and the location is perfect. The host responded to my random questions immediately lol. It was awesome!

Great condo!

This condo and the host is wonderful! We loved all of the property amenities and the beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owner goes above and beyond for her renters. I highly recommend!

Perfect Family Vacation

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful condo and host. My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and 1 year old grandson were traveling together. Gerarda was so helpful from the very beginning and incredibly kind. Everything was clean and the beds and furniture were so comfortable. The furniture on the balcony was so great! We especially enjoyed the rockers. The closet full of chairs and beach items were so helpful and a welcome surprise. It is clear that the host truly takes a lot of pride in their condo and cares about their renters. The building and location is absolutely wonderful. We could enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the balcony every day and it was so peaceful. The views were stunning. I highly recommend this gorgeous condo and this amazing host. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful time! The condo had everything we could need & the closet of beach toys was a plus the kids loved it.The view of the beach from our balcony was breathtaking. The owner wS very nice & responded quickly to any questions I had. We will rent again!

Graduation Trip

Phoenix 7 is a great location! This condo was great for my family of 6! There was plenty of room for us all. We even had other family members come to eat dinner several times and had plenty of room with them there, as well! We will definitely consider booking this condo again next time we come to OBA!

One of the best places in orange beach!

We had the best time. This property is spacious, clean, and offers a beautiful view. The owners are very responsive and helpful with any questions! We had 6 people on our trip and we have no complaints! They provide everything you need during your stay. The Phoenix VII is a very nice condominium. The pool is very large and offers lots of seating, and the beach is nice and also has lots of seating, but neither are overcrowded! This is our second stay at Phoenix VII and we will back! The location is nice because it’s away from the busiest part of gulf shores, but there are so many nearby restaurants around this orange beach area; you can even walk! 10/10 for the place and stay!

Beach heaven with a heavenly view

Fantastic beachfront condo with lots of beds and great ocean view. Phoenix VII has indoor and outdoor pools, racquetball, small fitness room, outdoor tennis/ pickleball and a basketball hoop. The complex was quiet and clean. We enjoyed being on 4 th floor and not too high and windy. Super helpful and gracious owner. Loved staying so close to St Thomas by the Sea Church for Easter.

Family vacation

The room was spacious and everything we needed was at hand. The only complaint that we have is that the beds were HORRIBLE. The mattresses were so bad that even the children didn’t sleep. The living room furniture needs to be replaced as well. No support when you sit. But other than that, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

We LOVED Beach HAVEN!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious and well equipped. We actually were done 2 weeks ago in a different condo. It was nice, but not as nice as this one. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the pots and pans were. There was plenty of extra blankets and pillows for the pull out couch and plenty of linens. We loved being able to walk out on the balcony and see the beach. The only issue we had was checking in the computer system went down for a minute and they charged us for the parking passes, it was my understanding with our renter that we would receive two parking passes. Although I don’t feel like this has anything to do with the people we rented the condo from. We will definitely Be back, and WOULD DEFINITELY rent from these people again. Bonus if you have younger kids there is a closet full of beach toys! A play pen in the master bedroom and some sort of fold out mattress (my teenage son actually wants me to buy one of those, he said was very comfy and would be great when he HS friends over).

Orange beach is wonderful this condo not so much.

Orange Beach is amazing. This condos view was beautiful and the living space was nice. Other than that it wasn't great. It wasn't clean. The cleaners came while we were there to tidy up again bc black mold was on doors and windows of one of the bedrooms. This condos had A LOT of deferred maintenance. We paid top dollar (not worth it) - Not comparable to others in the same price range.

Beach Heaven at Phoenix VII

We enjoyed our visit, and actually met the property owners as we checked in. The unit itself needs some updating, but all in all , everything was sufficient. The cleanliness was not up to par, but I've reached out to the owner to let them know so they could contact the cleaning company.
